Host in Style

Our Atrium can accommodate up to 200 guests, with our Concert Hall accommodating up to 150 guests. We have both banquet-style and buffet-style tables to be used for your event. We do not have our own catering services on site, so we will encourage you to use any catering company of your choice. There’s also convenient parking right across the street at the Toyota Center Garage. Parking rates can be negotiated with them independently.

Our rates vary depending on the day of the week, and package rates for both spaces are available. We offer half-price to all non-profit organizations.

Questions? We have answers.

Can I use any Caterer I want?

Yes, you can certainly use any licensed caterer. All we ask is to see proof of insurance from the caterer.

What kinds of events can i host at Visible?

We’ve hosted a variety of different events from Educational Training Seminars, Weekend or Weekday (in the summer) Conferences, birthday parties, corporate dinners or brunches, Rehearsal Dinners, and Wedding Receptions.

If you can dream it, we can help make it a reality. The only events that we don’t hold are wedding ceremonies.

Is Security included at my event?

No, the only security we provide is re-direction of invitees to their designated rental space so they aren't wandering around the building. The front doors will be locked once said doors are closed.

You are welcome to station your own security at the door and prop said doors open, but please be aware that without privately provided security, anyone on the street can enter your event if doors are held open, so we recommend having someone who knows your guest list stationed at the entrance.

Still have Questions? Reach out to us!

Please contact us for additional details or questions about renting space at our Memphis campus: rental@visible.edu or 901-381-3939 (ext. 402)

What is included with the rental?

Please see our PRICING GUIDE HERE. On the price sheet, we share key information such as the available tables and chairs included with the rental.

What is the policy on Alcohol?

You may certainly bring in alcohol to your event. If you are serving alcohol, we ask that you obtain a Special Event’s Policy, which is a liability insurance for the building. If you would like a cash bar, you would need licensed bar tenders, Special Event’s Policy, and the correct paperwork to be able to sell alcohol. Please talk to us if you are planning on selling alcohol, we want to make sure the proper legal channels are used.

Is parking made available?

Our scenic location downtown provides only a few select parking spots on-site. This means that if there are more than 15 cars for your event, we recommend making arrangements with an off-site parking provider, as this would provide the best experience for your event.

Luckily, there are several parking garages within walking distance and on street parking is free on the weekends. Among the options available, we find that the two Best Park lots are within easy walking distance, and the Toyota Garage located across the street is also a good option. We encourage you to reach out to those garages to set up parking arrangements independently.
