Campus safety at Visible Music College is our top priority. We have implemented a number of provisions to prioritize the safety of our students, staff (includes faculty), and guests year-round on campus. We are continually evaluating the following safety policy and adding updates as needed.

Student Safety has always been a priority at Visible.
Here are just a few of the ways that Visible has always prioritized Student Safety. Not only that, but we recognize that keeping our community members safe is a community effort as students often live and work beyond the borders of our college; so we partner with the local and federal agencies and authorities to make that effort a reality.
CPR Training, Fire and Safety Training, and more are offered to Staff members at Visible.
Compliance with all State and Federal Regulations around Student Safety including Title IX regulations.
Copious resources and staff are invested into Student Safety all around our campus.
Background Checks are conducted on Visible staff and a rigorous safety check process is completed at hire.
State of the art facilities with magnetic locks and ID badge system provide additional security on site.

The “Crime on Campus” reporting program is operated pursuant to the requirements of the “College and University Security Information Act”, (T.C.A. 49-7-2201, et. seq.) enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, effective July 1, 1989.
The Act requires each institution of higher education to report to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation data relating to crimes occurring on the campus and in student housing. The Bureau is required to prescribe the reporting form and format for the collection of such data and to publish an annual report of the results of such data submissions from each institution. The Tennessee Incident-Based Reporting System (TIBRS) offense classifications are based on FBI definitions, which are used as the national standard for statistical crime reporting.
